"I want to tell you how happy we are with the fabulous service Stax O Wax provided at my daughter's Bat Mitzvah party. Several people told us that this was the best run, most effective DJ, dance support and party management they had ever seen -- and I agree. From the way you set up the room so that the people on the dance floor would have great rockin' music but others could talk, to the final dance, everything was wonderfully run.
The online tool that let our family pick our favorite music and the games and activities we wanted (and didn't want) was terrific. I so appreciated the hour you spent with me on the phone, fine-tuning the music and time frame so that we would have the kind of party we wanted. Your expertise helped us get the right "feel" and appropriate music for each part of the evening. And the staff were so sensitive to our group and our desires! Your communication throughout was terrific, and your flexibility to modify things to accommodate the crowd really made everything flow so well. And the dancers danced with everyone, from the little ones (so that their parents could talk and enjoy the evening) to the teens to us older folks.
The result was a great party, with everyone dancing -- from my 76-year-old mother who had her hip replaced 3 weeks ago, to the 3 and 5 year old guests who felt so special. The hora was fabulous, and the games were perfect; we had the head of the Dutch mission to the U.N. going wild with the hula hoop for the first time in his life."
